- 2 large shallots (peeled and sliced)
- 3 Tbsps unsalted butter
- 10 slices cooked Bacon (chopped)
- 1 ¾ cups frozen, baby peas (thawed)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 16 ozs medium Egg noodle
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- crushed Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook shallots in butter in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden, 5 to 7 minutes.

Stir in cooked bacon and peas, and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile, cook noodles in a pot of boiling salted water until tender, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain well in a colander. Add noodles to the skillet with the bacon and peas, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Divide between plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Serve.
