- 4 slices Wholemeal Bread (fine-ground, large slices)
- 4 Tbsps Peanut butter

Preparation steps

Core the apple and cut into thin slices.

Spread the peanut butter on two slices of bread and top with a layer of apple slices. Cover with the 2 remaining slices of bread.
