- 1 ½ Tbsps olive oil
- ½ cup Radish
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 cups mixed-leaf salad
- 4 seeded whole wheat rolls (sandwich)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the grill to hot. Mix the chicken with the oil and seasoning in a small bowl and then spread out over a grilling tray.
2.
Grill for 7 - 9 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
3.
Thinly slice the the radish and cucumber on a mandolin or with a sharp knife.
4.
Fill the sandwich rolls with lettuce, chicken, and sliced vegetables before serving.
