- 500 grams Linguine
- salt
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- freshly ground peppers
- 60 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Rinse and trim the zucchini and cut into pieces. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and dice. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté everything briefly in some oil.
Pour in the wine and leave to reduce down by about half. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add the drained linguine.
3.
Transfer to plates and serve showered with Parmesan.
