- 400 grams Pasta shell
- salt
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams Tuna (canned, in water)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Peel shallots and garlic, cut shallots into rings and finely chop garlic.
2.
Rinse and halve tomatoes. Drain tuna well and separate.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and saute shallots and garlic until golden brown. Add white wine, tuna and tomatoes and simmer for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
4.
Add parsley and drained pasta to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
