1 shallot
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
500 grams peeled Tomatoes (canned)
ground Chili powder
salt
freshly ground peppers
80 grams black Olives (pitted)
125 grams Tuna (canned, in water)
chopped parsley (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructionns until al dente. Peel shallot and garlic and chop finely. Heat olive oil and saute shallot and garlic, add canned tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.

Add olives. Drain tuna and separate into smaller pieces. Add to the sauce. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
