- 500 grams Fusilli
- salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 180 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams Serrano ham (in slices)
- 120 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 handful Basil
- 150 grams Mayonnaise
- 100 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
- 80 grams black Olives

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and drain well. Add oil, mix and let cool slightly. Rinse and halve the fresh tomatoes. Cut the ham into strips. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and chop.

Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves and cut into fine strips. Stir the mayonnaise with yogurt and lemon juice until smooth in a bowl. Press the peeled garlic into the bowl, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Combine all salad ingredients with the dressing in a large bowl, mix together, season to taste and serve.
