30 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw spinach. Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water. Rinse basil, shake dry and cut leaves into strips. Rinse salmon, pat dry and chop.

Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet and saute spinach briefly, stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add salmon and cream and simmer on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Drain pasta and add with almonds to the pan. Toss well and add basil. Arrange on plates and serve.
