Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

2.

Heat oil in a pan and saute carrots and zucchini for about 8 minutes. Add squeezed garlic, drained pasta, Parmesan, pine nuts, basil and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Serve lukewarm or cold.
