400 grams Spaghetti
salt
1 fresh Orange
600 grams green Asparagus
4 scallions
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 splash dry white wine
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Zest and juice orange. Peel bottom third of  asparagus and cut stalks into pieces. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan and saute asparagus for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with white wine and simmer briefly, add orange juice and zest. Season wtih salt and pepper and simmer, covered, for about 8 minutes. Add scallions and drained spaghetti, mix well and season wtih salt and pepper.

Serve with bruschetta, if desired.
