250 grams Chicken breasts (with skin)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and scrape pulp out with a spoon. Puree with lemon juice, garlic salt, oil and sugar. Cover and refrigerate.

Rinse asparagus, peel the bottom third, remove woody ends and blanch for about 7 minutes in boiling salted water. Then drain and rinse with cold water. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and fry until brown for around 8-10 minutes in a pan with hot oil.

Toast slices of white bread, spread with guacamole and season with pepper. Place asparagus on top. Cut chicken breast into slices and place on the bread. Rinse apple, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut the flesh into very narrow slices. Place apple slices on the bread, garnish with cilantro and serve.
