3 cups Spinach
1 clove garlic cloves
cup white wine
cup vegetable stock
cup Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsps almonds (roughly chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions until al dente.

Wash and sort the spinach and spin dry.
3.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the butter and sweat the garlic until soft. Deglaze with white wine and boil until slightly reduced. Then stir in the vegetable stock and creme fraiche and simmer for a short while. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Serve the tagliatelle onto warmed plates and scatter with spinach. Spoon the sauce over and serve garnished with chopped almonds.
