- 500 grams Spiral pasta (such as fusilli)
- salt
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 400 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 150 milliliters Chicken broth
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated Horseradish
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse leek and cut into rings. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips. Cook in 2 tablespoons hot oil until browned on all sides. Add leeks and sauté. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Pour in the cream and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little more broth. Stir in the horseradish, crème fraîche, parsley and drained pasta. Season with salt.
