Preparation steps

Rinse the cauliflower and cook in salt water until al dente. Cook the pasta in salt water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Mix the parmesan and curry powder in a bowl.

Drain the cauliflower and fold into the curry mixture. Drain the pasta and mix with the rinsed currants and cauliflower. Arrange on plates, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
