2 centimeters ginger
500 grams Broccoli
salt
400 grams Whole wheat tagliatelle
2 Tbsps sesame oil
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
2 Tbsps light soy sauce
2 Tbsps Lime juice
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp Chili powder
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps scallions (for garnish)
1 tsp white Sesame seeds (for garnish)
1 tsp black Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and ginger and finely dice both. Rinse broccoli, divide into florets, peel stalk and finely dice. Blanch broccoli florets in a pot of boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain, rinse with cool water and drain again.

Cook tagliatelle in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and diced broccoli stalks and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Deglaze with broth. Add soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili powder to and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add drained pasta and broccoli to the pan, saute until warm and season with pepper. Transfer to plates and serve garnished with chives and sesame seeds.
