- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 500 grams Beef fillet
- 1 Red paprika
- 1 green paprika
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Cook tagliatelle in a pot of boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, rinse beef, pat dry, trim off fat and tendons and cut into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) narrow strips. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel garlic and onion and cut garlic into small cubes and onion into rings.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry beef strips for 5-7 minutes on all sides, remove from the pan and set aside. Add garlic, onion rings and bell peppers in the same pan, sauté for about 5 minutes, add beef strips again and season with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Drain pasta, mix with vegetables and beef and immediately serve on a preheated dish.
