400 grams Linguine
1 small lobster (cooked, meat triggered, 500 grams)
1 Bell pepper
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ bunch parsley (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the lobster meat in bite-sized pieces. Peel the bell pepper with a peeler, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

2.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and fry the bell pepper with garlic in it for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in another pan and fry the lobster meat in it shortly. Season lightly with salt.

4.

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, and mix with paprika and chopped parsley. Serve the linguine pasta with lobster and bell pepper on a plate.
