- 300 grams cooked Beef tip
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 4 scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsps Mustard
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cut beef into fine strips. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and also cut into fine strips.

Rinse scallions, trim ends and cut into thin rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.
3.
Mix all prepared ingredients together in a bowl. Mix vinegar in a bowl with oil and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Pour mustard mixture over the salad and let rest for 20 minutes. Serve on plates.
