400 grams Spaghetti
2 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
1 green Bell pepper
100 grams Prosciutto (sliced)
1 bunch parsley
salt
freshly ground pepper
150 milliliters dry white wine
2 Tbsps butter
60 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti until al dente in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

2.

Chop the ham coarsely and fry in some butter until crispy. Remove and set aside.

3.

Rinse the bell peppers, remove the seeds, cut into strips and sauté in the hot frying fat. Deglaze with the wine, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely.

5.

Drain the spaghetti and mix with the parsley, ham and bell pepper slices. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to warmed plates.

Serve showered with Parmesan.
