- 400 grams Tortiglioni pasta
- salt
- 300 grams Broccoli
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 thin slices Bacon

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
At the same time, boil the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes.
2.
Roughly chop up the bacon, fry in some oil and set aside.
Crumble the cheese.
Drain the pasta and the broccoli and mix both with olive oil. Season with salt and transfer to plates.
Serve showered with bacon pieces and crumbled cheese.
