400 grams canned Tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in heavily salted water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

Rinse and blanch the spinach in salt water. Rinse in cold water and chop. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Saute the shallot and garlic in hot oil until translucent. Mix the shallot, garlic, spinach and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Mix the tomatoes and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and chile powder. Spread in a baking dish. Fill the pasta shell with the spinach mixture and place on the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
