- 400 grams Gnocchetti (or medium pasta shells)
- 2 Endive
- 2 Oranges
- 2 scallions
- ½ Fennel bulb
- olive oil
- lemons (juice)
- salt
- white peppers (from the mill)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain.
2.
Meanwhile, rinse the endive and cut into strips. Leave some leaves for garnish. Peel orange and peel off the membranes from each slice. Cut slices into pieces. Rinse and chop scallions and fennel. Save fennel leaves for garnish as well.
3.
Mix noodles with endive, fennel oranges, scallions, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
To serve: Garnish with fennel and endive leaves.
