- 500 grams Orecchiette pasta
- salt
- 1 handful Greek Basil
- 4 Kiwi
- 4 Tomatoes
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 100 milliliters Orange juice
- 4 Tbsps fruity olive oil
- 1 tsp honey

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Rinse basil, shake dry and strip leaves. Peel kiwis and cut into small pieces. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water. Remove tomatoes and peel, quarter, core and dice finely.
3.
Mix lemon juice with orange juice, oil and honey. Whisk together. Season with salt. Toss pasta with tomatoes, kiwis and dressing and let stand for about 30 minutes. Mix again and season to taste. Garnish with basil.
