- 500 grams Pasta (such as campanelli)
- salt
- 2 handfuls Basil
- 1 red onion
- 400 grams Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water. Rinse and dry the basil, then finely chop. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Remove the cores and finely chop.

Mix the pasta with the basil, onions, and tomato.
3.
Mix the oil, lemon juice, and vinegar. Mix into the pasta salad, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Let marinate together for at least 30 minutes before serving.
