350 grams Tagliatelle
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 onions
4 garlic cloves
50 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as chives, flat-leaf parsley, basil, thyme, dill)
400 grams Cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
1 Tbsp Mustard
4 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and drain well.

2.

Peel the onions and chop roughly. Peel garlic. 

3.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck leaves. Set aside about 1 tablespoon herbs. Rinse cherry tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half or quarters.

4.

Mix garlic, onions and herbs with olive oil, mustard and vinegar.

5.

Season with salt and pepper and puree.

6.

Mix the pasta with the vinaigrette. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with reserved herbs. Top with the tomato halves and serve.
