Ingredients

For the salad
250 grams Farfalle
salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 bunch scallions (cleaned, cut into thin rings)
2 stalks Celery (chopped into fine slices)
3 Apricot (cit ointo fine strips)
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed (roasted)
100 grams Bacon (sliced)
For the salad dressing
75 milliliters Vegetable broth
3 Tbsps Orange juice
3 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
peppers
1 pinch sugar
3 Tbsps Salad oil

Preparation steps

For the salad, cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and mix with oil.

Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp and remove to drain.

For the dressing, mix broth with orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with pasta, vegetables and apricots and allow to sit about 20 minutes.

4.

Before serving pasta salad, crumble bacon over the top and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
