250 grams Mini Penne
salt
2 small Zucchini
100 grams Smoked bacon (thinly sliced)
4 sprigs Chervil
4 Tbsps Caper (pickled)
125 grams Mozzarella
100 grams Mimolette
Cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
peppers

Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain well. Rinse zucchini and cut lengthwise into quarters, cut into thin slices. Cut bacon into thin strips. Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop coarsely. Combine zucchini slices, parsley, bacon and capers in a bowl.

Add drained pasta and toss well. Drain mozzarella and cut into small cubes. Cut Mimolette cheese into thin slices and then into small squares. Add both cheeses to the salad. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well, season to taste, place into bowls and serve.
