- 200 grams Napa cabbage
- 300 grams Chicken breasts
- 250 milliliters chicken stock
- 400 grams Pasta shell
- salt
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 40 grams Parmesan
Preparation steps

Remove and discard outer cabbage leaves, rinse and spin dry remaining cabbage and cut into thin strips.

Rinse chicken breast fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Bring chicken stock to a boil and add breast fillets. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes on low heat. Drain meat and set aside 2-3 tablespoons of broth. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cut chicken into small pieces. Drain pasta and mix with lukewarm chicken and vinairette. Place cabbage onto plates, top with salad and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Season with pepper and serve.
