- 300 grams green Asparagus (ends trimme off, bottom third peeled and cut into pieces)
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams colorful Fusilli

Preparation steps
1.
Cook asparagus in salted boiling water about 8 minutes. Drain.
2.
Cook fusilli in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain.
3.
Heat oil in a large pan. Add asparagus and cook briefly, shaking the pan. Season generously with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix in pasta, cook until warmed through, and divide among plates.
