- 500 grams Penne
- 2 red paprika
- 200 grams Peas
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped Tarragon
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

According to the package, boil the penne in salted water until firm. When finished, drain, rinse with cold water, drain again and let cool. Rinse and cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and finely chop. Blanch the peas in boiling salt water, then shock in ice water.

In a bowl stir the olive oil with vinegar, lemon juice and herbs. Fold the peppers, peas and penne pasta and season with salt and pepper. infuse at least 30 minutes before serving.
