- For the salad
- 300 grams Farfalle
- 2 sm cans Kidney beans (about 400 grams each)
- 200 grams Bologna sausage
- 2 red onions
- 6 small Tomatoes
- 5 small, pickled Cucumber
- For the sauce
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsps Mustard
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- Also
- 1 pickled Pepperoncini

Preparation steps
1.
For the salad, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse and drain again.
Drain the beans. Chop the sausage. Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Cut the cucumber into slices.
For the sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients, mix together and season to taste.
Transfer the salad ingredients to a bowl and drizzle with the sauce. Serve garnished with the peperoncini.
