- 500 grams Farfalle
- salt
- 250 grams Chicken fillet
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 scallions (only the light parts)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 60 grams grated Parmesan
- lamb's lettuce (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain well. Rinse chicken fillets and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse cherry tomatoes and cut into quarters. Rinse and dry scallions, cut diagonally into rings.

Heat grill pan and grill chicken fillets for about 2-3 minutes per side. Heat butter and olive oil in a large nonstick pan and saute pasta for about 3 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove pan from heat and add cherry tomatoes, scallions, chives and Parmesan. Toss and arrange pasta on plates, top with chicken. Garnish with lettuce and serve.
