Parmesan Herb Muffins
Mix the eggs, salt, vegetable oil, olive oil and buttermilk. Mix the flour, baking powder, parmesan, almonds and herbs. Fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture.
Line a muffin tin with paper cups. Pour the batter into the muffin tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
