- 200 grams Beef fillet
- 200 green Papaya
- 2 large onions
- 2 Limes
- 1 bunch Lemongrass
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Preparation steps
1.
Cut beef into thin strips. Finely chop lemongrass. Peel papaya and cut fruit into strips.

Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Squeeze juice from limes. For the dressing, mix rice vinegar in a bowl with oyster sauce, lime juice and sugar.
3.
Mix raw beef strips, onions and papaya in a bowl and pour salad dressing over top. Mix well and serve. Serve with shrimp crackers if desired.
