- 500 grams boiled, peeled potatoes (Waxy)
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 5 grams butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut cold potatoes into uniformly thin slices.

In a pan, fry potato slices in hot oil until golden-brown on both sides. Do not turn potatoes often, because they break easily.
3.
Season potatoes with salt and pepper. At the end of the cooking time, stir in butter, toss and serve.
