- For the pastries
- (225 grams or 7.9 ounces) Frozen yeast dough
- 50 grams Orange Cookies
- 2 Tbsps softened butter
- 2 Tbsps Cocoa
- 50 grams chopped Pistachio
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 generous pinch cinnamon
- For the topping
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 20 grams chopped Pistachio
Preparation steps

For the pastries: Thaw dough according to package directions.

Crumble cookies. Combine cookie crumbs, butter, cocoa, pistachios, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Divide dough in half. Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface to a thin rectangle. Spread cocoa mixture onto dough and roll up dough. Press ends well. Lay dough rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (approximately 350°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Combine powdered sugar and water to form a thin glaze. Cover rolls with glaze and sprinkle with pistachios. Let cool, slice and serve.
