½ cup butter
½ cup light brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats (heaped)
1 ¼ cups Shredded coconut
1 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 handful Corn flakes
1 unwaxed Orange (finely grated zest)
4 ½ ozs orange flavored Dark chocolate

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 20cm x 30cm|8" x 12" Swiss roll tin
2.
Melt the butter, syrup and sugar in a pan. Stir in the coconut, oats, cornflakes and orange zest.
3.
Press the mixture into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool in the tin.
4.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat.
5.
Spread the chocolate over the base and mark lines with a fork. Leave to set. Cut into squares to serve.
