- 400 milliliters milk
- 1 organic Orange (zested)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 4 Tbsps Cocoa
- 2 Tbsps Orange sugar
- 2 Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the milk along with the orange zest, cinnamon stick and orange sugar. Stir in the cocoa and remove from the heat. Leave to stand for about 3 minutes.

Divide the whipped cream between cups and pour in the cocoa through a sieve.
Serve garnished to taste with cinnamon sticks.
