6 Blood orange
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp honey
3 Tbsps Hazelnuts
150 grams lamb's lettuce (red and green, to taste)
1 Tbsp red, crushed peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Peel oranges thoroughly, removing as much pith as possibel. Cut into thin slices. 

2.

Whisk lemon juice with honey. Toast nuts in dry pan and remove from pan, cool and chop coarsely.

3.

Rinse and spin dry mache lettuce.

4.

Arrange orange slices on plates, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with lettuce and nuts, season with pepper. Serve.
