1 oz ginger (1 piece)
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 ½ ozs White vinegar
3 ½ ozs coconut sugar
1 pinch ground Turmeric

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions, halve and cut into strips. Peel apples, halve, core and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop ginger.

Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté onions, apples and ginger in it for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, stirring, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season jam with turmeric, salt and pepper.

3.

Still boiling jam immediately fill to the brim in 4-6 boiled and clean screw jars and seal tightly. Turn upside down for 10 minutes and leave to cool.
