- 100 grams Oats
- 2 tsps Inulin (chicory root fiber, sold at health food stores)
- salt
- 250 milliliters low-fat milk
- liquid Sweetener
- 250 grams mixed Berry
- 2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the oatmeal, inulin and 1 pinch of salt. Bring the milk and 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) water to a boil then pour over the oat mixture and let stand for 5 minutes. Sweeten as desired.

Rinse the berries, hull and halve or quarter. Chop the almonds coarsely and mix into the porridge. Distribute among serving bowls and sprinkle with berries. Serve.
