- 8 Oatmeal Cookies (or whole-grain crackers)
- 2 slices Boiled ham (sliced thick)
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Chives
- ½ pkg Mozzarella
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half and remove the seeds. Rinse chives, cut into small rings and mix with tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain mozzarella. Cut the ham into fine pieces, mix both with the tomatoes, let stand briefly and top the cookies with the mixture. Serve immediately.
