- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup old-fashioned Oats
- 1 ½ tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups mixed Berry fresh or frozen (blueberries; lingonberries or raspberries)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 fresh eggs
- ½ cup milk
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a standard muffin tin with paper or foil liners.
2.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Add the mixed berries and toss to coat well. Set aside.
3.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Slowly add the milk and mix until blended.
4.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, gently mix until just combined. Fill each muffin liner with batter until 2/3 full.
5.
Bake muffins for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
6.
Cool muffins on a wire rack and dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve.
