Hazelnuts (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Dry roast the nuts and set aside to cool. Stick wooden sticks into the apples.
2.
Place the sugar, honey, butter and cream into a pot and bring to the boil. Simmer on a medium-low heat for 12-15 mins until a soft, creamy mixture is formed.
3.
Dip the apples into the mixture, roll in the nuts and place on baking paper to cool and harden.
