Ingredients

For servings

½ cupsAlmond flour
2 cups2% milk
2 cupscanned Apricot (in juice)
½ cupscrushed Ice
½ cupssliced almonds
Ginger biscuit to serve

Directions

1 Combine the ground almonds and milk in a food processor or blender. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
2 Add the apricots and their juice as well as the crushed ice. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
3 Pour into glasses, garnish with flaked almonds, and serve with the biscuits on the side.
