Preparation steps

Put the muesli, apricots, honey and warm, melted butter in a food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes until well combined.

Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls, then roll in the jumbo oats. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes before serving with dried apricot slices
