1 ½ kilograms new potatoes
3 cans Tuna (in water, each about 150 grams)
3 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsps grated Lemon peel
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps small Caper
3 Tbsps chopped parsley
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes, wipe dry and cook in boiling water about 25 minutes.

Drain the tuna and flake into small pieces. Mix the tuna with the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and capers.

3.

Heat the oil and the butter in a pan and saute the potatoes briefly. Add the lemon zest and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve the potatoes with the tuna sauce.
