12 small new potatoes
8 fresh garlic cloves
1 handful parsley
40 grams butter
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and boil for about 25 minutes. Drain.

2.

Peel garlic and pass half through a garlic press. Finely chop remaining garlic. Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop.

3.

Saute garlic in butter in a hot pan until light golden brown. Add potatoes to the pan and stir in parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
