3 Tbsps butter
150 milliliters instant Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp Mustard
150 grams Whipped cream
3 tsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms. Rinse, dry, and julienne the wild garlic.

2.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Add the mushrooms, and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add in the wild garlic, broth, mustard, and cream. Let the sauce reduce, stirring occasionally.  Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve over something such as mashed potatoes or bread dumplings.
