- 500 grams button Mushroom
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Clean and slice the mushrroms. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Sprinkle the pan with the flour, then add the wine and the broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cream and simmer another 10 minutes until thickened.

Add the parsley to the sauce, and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
